A five day Yoga retreat that will enable you to connect deeper with who you are and be more present in the moment. We will explore the qualities of the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether or space) and share practices that will enable us to cultivate safety, joy, transformation, compassion and find space in our lives.
